Paramus is one of the largest retail shopping zip codes in the United States.  The borough has limited shopping hours, as it boasts some of the most restrictive Blue Laws in the nation by prohibiting all retail and white-collar businesses from opening on Sundays.

Fashion Center, LLC

Opened on February 15, 1967, the Fashion Center is home to 11 stores: Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Blimpie, Buy Buy Baby, Denny’s, Fairway Market, Jenny Jon, Lord & Taylor, T.J. Maxx, and Toys “R” Us.

Neptune Plaza

Home to La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries and Empire Beauty School.
Currently, there are two stores available; 5,000 sf in-line and 4,071 sf endcap.

Paramus Park Mall

Located on From Road between Route 17 & the Garden State Parkway.
Opened on March 14, 1974, Paramus Park is home to over 100 stores.

Paramus Towne Square
Located on Route 17 North, between Century Road & Midland Avenue.
Home to Bassett Furniture, Chef Central, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, LA Fitness and Michaels.

The Mall at IV
Located on Route 4 West before Forest Avenue.
The 132,000-square-foot facility is home to Chuck E. Cheese, Macy’s Rt. 4 Furniture Gallery, Mantra Restaurant, and The Paramus Jeweler’s Exchange.

The Outlets at Bergen Town Center

Located on Route 4 East and Forest Avenue.
The Bergen Mall opened on November 14, 1957 as an outdoor plaza and as an enclosed mall on September 15, 1973.  Re-branded and renovated, The Outlets at Bergen Town Center re-opened on August 25, 2009 with 100 stores.

Thirty-Five Plaza Professional Center

This four story office building is home to Chipotle, DeVry University, Advanced Laparoscopic, Evergreen Title Company, Mak & Law and Double G Packaging.
